Team Leader and Product Owner

T-Engineering is seeking a dynamic Team Leader and Product Owner to spearhead a new business venture. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a business from the ground up, taking ownership of the product from concept to delivery.

You will be a key-person in selling our new Engine Concept. For private customers and OEM:s. You will also be responsible for present and future customer relations related to our Engine and Chassi Dyno, and our test track, T Legacy Track.

The role will consist of a broad range of tasks, from order to custumer delivery. This will require both a business strategic mindset as well as hands on day-to-day operational interest, ability and focus. In other words - you need to be as comfortable with the practical, hands-on aspects of the role as with high-level strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities of the role: 

• Lead the development and execution of a new business area
• Drive growth through innovative strategies and sales initiatives
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from order to customer delivery
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing and logistics
• Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
