In the role of Sales Director, you are responsible for leading and further developing the company's sales work. This takes place in close collaboration with the rest of the organization and involves active work in developing the relationship with our existing customers and establishing new contacts. You design market and sales strategies in accordance with the company's goals and strategies, as well as contribute to creating increased internal market focus and work actively to create new networks and business opportunities.
The customer contacts consist of decision makers at management level in large and
well-established companies. You will have a lot of room for action, be part of the company's management team and report to the CEO.
You will work mainly from our office in Trollhättan, and the work involves traveling both nationally and internationally.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate with a solution-focused approach. You are a skilled communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire to good results.
You have experience in running business projects where many people are involved in the decision-making process and you have documented successfull sales results. You have the ability to create and identify business opportunities, as well as develop and put strategies into action. It is also important for the role that you have a technical understanding of software, as well as an interest and good knowledge of the automotive industry.
We would like you to have a university degree in a relevant field, e.g. technology or economics. You need to be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
If you have experience in OEM sales, we see it as meritorious.
