We are now looking for you who want to have a key role in our continued process and quality work.

About the role

As Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing the company's process and quality work. You will coach and support our development and project teams in process development and lead the continuous improvement work regarding process and quality. You will also lead and support the work with process documentation and be responsible for developing and improving our existing process framework, and develop process goals and metrics in accordance with applicable standards and certifications.

Who are you?

We believe that you have a university degree in a relevant field as well as experience in process and/or quality work from the software development industry.

You should be a skilled communicator and presenter, and be able to use both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

To be successful in the role, we believe that you are structured with good organizational skills and possess good analytical qualities. If you have experience of working with Agile process development and ASPICE, as well as Lean software development in the automotive industry, we see it as highly meritorious.
