Transmission Controls Developer - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

T Engineering develops embedded control systems for automotive control with a focus on production projects developed in house. We make the entire control system and you get the opportunity to follow functions from concept to production.

We are now looking for reinforcement in primarily Transmission Control. You will develop algorithms, software and calibration / parameter setting for dedicated hybrid transmissions and dual clutch transmissions. Work includes everything from development to tests in cars and different types of rigs. The team works on embedded controls and focuses on engine control and transmission control. Work location is Trollhättan.

Who are you?

You have experience developing software for Transmission Controllers for dedicated hybrid transmissions and/or dual clutch transmissions. You like to work creatively and analytically, independently as well as in a team, to address complex problems.

You have a genuine interest in control systems and appreciate the challenges of modern embedded systems.

Good interpersonal skills are required for this role because you will interact with many parts of the T-Engineering organization and with our customers/suppliers.

You have at least a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, Controls, Mechatronics or similar, and you have experience with Matlab/Simulink preferably for embedded controls development or physically modelling/algorithm prototyping. Experience with INCA, test systems from DSpace, Canalyzer, or Canoe is a plus.

You need to be Fluent in English both written and in speech since the work requires global contacts.
